~virginia erwin: If another Comcast customer service rep apologizes for the trouble I'm having with Comcasta,I'm going to have a breakdown. I despise that automatic voice using all my minutes on my phone asking if I want "this" or "that" and asking questions instead of anwering them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~virginia erwin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~virginia erwin: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~virginia erwin: For that I would say three out of five.
