GetHuman-abs21: If your problem is anything other than basic, they are miserable. If the technician coming out to the house cannot fix the problem, all is lost--- The next tier of service is not contacted, the ball is dropped and nothing happens.*Hours spent on the phone trying to resolve the problem with morons. My problem was a weak signal coming into the house, which should be pretty straightforward, but the first tier cannot handle this and they don't know what to do.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
GetHuman-abs21: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-abs21: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-abs21: For that I would say four out of five.
