~Fed up with Comcast : I originally set up a payment to come out of my account however the gentleman that works for Comcast failed to complete the payment so it never came out of my account. When I called to see what happened the lady informed me that my account was ** days past due and in order to fix things I needed to pay them $***. When asked how did my bill go from *** to *** all she could tell me was they bill a month in advance and my new bill had generated already and it was out of her hands. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told someone would call me back within ** hours (that was * days ago) and I'm still waiting. I find it strange that no one at this "call center has any other way to contact Comcast directly! I'm seriously considering writing their corporate office, oh wait no one knows how to contact them either!! Comcast is ridiculous and on walking the borderline for a serious lawsuit!!****************************************************************

~Fed up with Comcast : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Fed up with Comcast : For that I would say one out of five.

~Fed up with Comcast : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
