~Infinity outsider: Since Aug * trying to get the correct modem. "In the mail, its cancelled, should be there tomorrow, service tech on his way, somebody cancelled service call!!!! WE CAN NOT CONNECT YOU TO THE UNITED STATES!! When did this happen And Comcast wants to acquire TW. Just more **** on crappy customer service.
