~Never Again! : This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life of paying bills. After Googling the reviews on this company, I could say **% of ppl would agree, along with the owner or CEO of Comcast. The customer service is totally terrible, unprofessional, discourteous, in knowledgable of their own products and offers. The billing is out of control, I can never understand my bill and no one at Comcast can clearly explain it to me either. Most likely because of all the bogus charges. I have had AT&T, this is my first time with Comcast and I have to say, that Comcast cannot compare with AT&T at all. And that's in regards to internet speed, equipment, customer service, AND billing. I am no longer giving this company my hard earned money and I wouldn't advice anyone else to either! I am a very dissatisfied unpleased customer and I regret every penny I gave to this company.

~Never Again! : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Never Again! : For that I would say two out of five.

~Never Again! : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
