GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-410422: Why won't Comcast hire and train American Customer Service reps. My first call was handled by an American. Unfortunately when she tried to transfer me I was cut off. However she did pull up our account. My second call was handled by a foreign person who at first said my account had been closed, then, after providing the same info as before, said he could not pull up our account. On the third call, handled by a foreign person that I could not understand very well, did provide the information on Comcasts' various (expensive) options. We need to downgrade some of our services and Comcast does not provide easily availalbe info on their products*services online. It is absurd. Going over to other options and will probably pull the plug on Comcast after many years paying through the nose!

GetHuman-410422: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-410422: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-410422: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
GetHuman-410422: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
