~Anonymous: hard time getting transfer to a real person. Once I was connected they wer eof no help. Seriously considering changing carriers

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
