GetHuman-290621: A simple bank account update turned into a ** minute saga when the Computershare automated system rejected me * times. I was then placed back in the contact centre queue for a further ** minutes each time. After ** minutes I had to complete a paper form and send it off. Then try to submit feedback and ask "Penny" go through * screens that are meaningless to my complaint before I am asked to send an e-mail. Computershare yes it is clearly about Computers and not customer service.
