~unhappy customer: Appalling customer service. Dreadful attitude from staff. Commitment to manager call back but no call back. Several wasted phone calls. Quotes: "we might not be able to locate your check. We hand a lot". "You can pay a fee to have your check sent sooner, but even then we have no guarantee of finding it and being able to send it because we handle a lot of checks".*Absolutely disgraceful customer service. One of the worst I have ever experienced.
