GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Computershare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-326984: Concerned about delay in my contribution vs. it showing up in my account. All the rep would say is that they make purchses once a month. I knew that already but why should money I contributed * weeks ago not show up in my account and all I got was "there is a delay, we buy once a month". I asked how long of a delay and he said "we buy once a month". What a poor attitude. Just tell me it will be a ** day or a ** day delay so I know if there is or is not a problem with my account. The e-mail response had wrong *-*** number in it and when I signed up for the service, it did not show up on the website until I called them.
