GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Computershare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: Customer service is a joke. I've had enough and am selling everything and closing my account.**My issue was I forgot my security question, and had my account locked...*It took me * calls, each lasting ** minutes, on * separate days, to unlock my account. TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT, it took * days!*The security questions they ask are ridiculous (i gave enough info for someone to impersonate me), I couldn't understand them half the time, they couldn't understand me until I started talking like a * yo. Each time, they said it was unlocked, but when I tried, it was still locked. Just to unlock my account, it took * calls!! Are you kidding me?!?! I'm done with Computershare, selling and taking my business elsewhere.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Computershare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Computershare customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Computershare to know who you are.
