~Maria: I had to call Condor again, unfortunately. The wait was ** minutes straight, almost an hour. The moment I hear that click hoping someone pick up my call, the line went quiet. One minute after I was disconnected. It is absolutely disrespectful toward USA customers to have only one customer service telephone number for the entire USA, and obviously not enough associates to help all the callers. Bad planned business. Disappointing.

~Maria: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
