~fedup: Called for reimbursement of premium. First response was "We see it is due and no further action is required on your part."*Second response was:" It should have been handled and I will open a case and call you back today." This yielded no callback.*Third response was "We are awaiting approval." Lots of bogus info and no action.

~fedup: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fedup: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Conexis's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fedup: For that I would say two out of five.
