GetHuman-8519: I tried to purchase two identical sets of tickets Houston to Cayman and back. *st set was ok. *nd set had problems with the website not responding and later changing info entered. Last try screen showed all correct info -- print out showed return destination to Washington D.C. Called and they said would report to tech dept. Numerous calls resulted in differing info but final was they would change tickets if I paid change fee. Guess I am returning via Washington D.C. United is not the friendly skies Continentalwas!
