Al inicio de mi esera una grabaci****n me indic**** que los operadores estaban ocupados y que atenderian mi llamada en un lapso de tiempo no mayor a ** minutos, y me dieron la opci****n de esperar en la linea o volver a intentar mas tarde. a los ** minutos me atendieron de una manera muy profesional y amigable, y aclararon mis dudas en menos de * minutos.
