GetHuman-265328: Hours to get through, hours to book * flight, then names are wrong more hours to get through, you get India, they can't help,more mistakes, more sitting on the phone to get through for help, now charged multiple times for same flight, can't get through, then can't get help when you do! What do they have, * agents to answer phones. How about training people and having people that can understand and be understood! Thousands of dollars and treated like this, they deserve to be out of business!
