~billyscho: Huge snow storm coming to the Metro NYC area had Continental automatically canceling and rebooking flights. The general number referred me to the website, the website referred me to the general number. I found this number on GetHuman.com and was put through in * minutes despite an extreme call volume. Was able to get the flights I wanted and the rep was very helpful... so nice to have a person.
