GetHuman-hrs: blow-out on tire * *** yr old and car got totaled because air bags deployed
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-hrs: after blow-out car veered to right bumping curb and all passenger airbags deployed blow-out was front passenger tire but when veered rear passenger tire scraped sidewalk curb because tire caused car to veer to right -- front rear tire never hit curb -- i am being charged by my insurance company and **** mercedes E*** was totaled by insurance company because all airbags deployed despite adjuster said car was in perfect condition --- no body damage at all and very low mileage and car was in excellent clean condition -- your tire obviously caused all the above and i strongly feel i should not be penalized for something i had no control of -- it was your tire and not my driving
