~Suleyman: I just wanted to have an update on the shipment. It quickly went through the items I ordered and provided the info on who they shipped them with and what the tracking numbers were. As fast and valuable as this service is, I would prefer to receive this info in an email. For some reasons, Costco never sent me an email confirmation on my order nor an update as to what was happening with my order. I first suspected perhaps the email I entered was wrong or their emails went to my junk folder. However, that was not the case as there was nothing in the junk folder and I immediately started receiving advertisements from Costco!

~Suleyman: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Suleyman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Costco.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Suleyman: For that I would say three out of five.

~Suleyman: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Costco.com to know who you are.
