~CAfromCA: Worst phone queue ever. Have to keep making more and more selections. Trying to get business delivery but didn't fit into their options. Kept ending up back in the costco.com queue. Person who answered did not answer my question. I asked to be sent directly to business delivery, but she just put me back in the same thing and it went round and round again because I don't fit their options. Finally just made up some options that I felt fit with business delivery and got my questions answered.

~CAfromCA: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~CAfromCA: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Costco.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CAfromCA: For that I would say three out of five.
