~Sonerila: I have been attempting to close this account since March **, **** because the rate was raised and the reception worsened. My reception is so bad, I don't even watch most channels. I've kept a detailed log of my attempts to close. I've been disconnected, told I had no authority to cancel and that they had no record of the fax I provided them -- the fax they requested to close the account. It is now June and I still haven't been able to close the account. I can't tell you how many hours I've wasted with these folks while on hold, listening to their recording.
