~Michael: I am very disappointed in Craigslist, You had a customer post a help wanted ad the number of the posting is ********* it is for Universal Studios, I attempted to contact your company with no luck just a lot of message options, I contacted Universal and no one worried about the fact my phone rang for ** hours with text messages, not like they cost us any money and does not seem that either company cared very much. Such a disappointment in your company that there is absolutely no way to contact your company with a live complaint. How convient for you.

~Michael: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michael: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michael: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Craigslist customers?
~Michael: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
