~marcis: Craigslist support is terrible Ive used craigslist for years to buy and sell but now it is crazy to get intouch with some unless they put thier phone number in thier add.Up on top of the page they have a contact box but if you select that button nothing happens
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Craigslist. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Craigslist problem?
~marcis: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~marcis: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~marcis: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Craigslist customers?
~marcis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
