GetHuman-312086: I have been hung up on, they attempted to collect a payment without giving me an amount, and denied ability to make a payment. I am caretaker for the account holder who has had a stroke. Even after explainingthat he has had a stroke andtrying to give them a payment they threatened 'future collection efforts". This is obviously a demoralized pain in the *** company that I would strongly advise doing business with!
