Although you cant call them and get your money back before they wait ** days to get anything done, then they will mail you a check out in a couple weeks after that. Even though you try to cancel the auto pay options after the payoff its not their fault they take your money its yours!!**Will HIGHLY recommend anyone that needs a car loan to go to anyone else but this bunch of Cheats!
