~john cash: was using this website for * months. last week i could not update my score. When i contacted te website they told me that my info is lost and i ave to re register. I mean WTF. When i tried to re-register i would not allow me to. I was able to create an account and nothing more. I got no response from them when i emailed them regarding this. Your info is not safe with them. ***DO NOT*** use this website. As they say there are no free lunches.

~john cash: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~john cash: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Credit Karma's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~john cash: For that I would say one out of five.
