~Taipan77: hideous hideous hideous.....followed by deceptive, completely consumer unfriendly, discourteous,and patently disingenious.**Called to cancel my account after being hit with late fees after my acct was charged a monthly pro-rated annual membership fee that you cannot pay in full. Once they learned I was calling to cancel they would claim I needed to speak to another department and then disconnect the call.*All the agents are offshore and are primarily Indian nationals working for one of the mega-size call centers. Good English speaking skills are not the prime requirement for working in these places, even the most elementary English speaker can get hired despite the thickness of their accent as long as they have a pulse, will work only nights, and will agree to make a max of $*.***hr USD after one year.
