GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Cricket Communications customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~leslieh: Spend the extra $** and get a decent provider. Customer service was nearly impossible to understand as the call center was outsourced to India. Pay as you go cards are misleading, even a Cricket employee admitted that and said Cricket customers were frequently misunderstood the terms of the cards , as you have to be extremely careful and read the fine print. Also. anymoney left over on your pay as you go account IS NOT refundable. This is a shady company, going back to Sprint to get service I can understand and a decent phone. I should have known better. Stay away!
