~HLeon: I have never been so frustrated talking to customer service reps in my life. The first lady could pull my account up using an ID number but the next department couldn't pull my account up at all. It is **** and the only way you can pull information up about an account is through the phone number. The reps could not offer an analysis in English. They may have been able to listen in English but they were truly unable to decipher anything logical. It took enough for them to get my name spelled correctly. It was extremely frustrating. Never again.
