~American Pride Computer Repair: All I wanted to do was remove my debit card profile from the automated billing systems memory. Auto-pay was not set up but for some reason Cricket took the liberty of "remembering" two of my debit cards information without my express permission to do so. I was warm transferred more than FIVE TIMES and one of those was to an AT&T call center! After hanging up and calling back, going through that muzak **** again before being on hold for an hour and a half I FINALLY got the processing dept. They corrected the issue. A word to the wise, NEVER EVER use a debit card to pay cricket. I will drop this carrier the INSTANT I can afford to. There is a reason they are the "Cheapest" in America. Cricket is an abusive, inept, horrible company.
