GetHuman-200783: I apologize, this message may have arrived...let me try to remember what I stated, I want to be sure that they receive high "kudos". **I spoke with Ann(e?) She is perhaps the best customer service representative I have spoken with...in years. I have been in the hospital for the month of January. She was so very kind and empathetic, but also a true professional. I have very little money right now and she empathized and w* me and offered! several different options to pay my bill! She was so patient and this is rare to find these days!**I also spoke w* her supervisor, Rose. She was also kind. She promised that Ann(e?)would receive recognition.**When I asked Ann(e?) for her supervisor, she told me not to take my time to commend her...not because she was fearful but because she was thinking of me and my fatigue!**SHE IS TRULY MANAGEMENT MATERIAL, IN MY OPINION! IF YOU KNEW MY PAST AS A BANKER, YOU WOULD APPRECIATE MY GRATEFULNESS.**I have my own non-profit for the mentally ill, hoping to h
