GetHuman-345443: I had to call cricket *-* times out of the day for an problem I had that was told to me that would be fix * *** weeks ago and I'm still having an problem then * customer service skills hang up on me and when I told them at the customer service skills didn't explain everything to me I was told that it was my fault that I'm having the problem with my phone service they was very rude and disrespectful to me as been an customer with cricket and lying to customers is not right! Me as been and customer I work hard for my money and don't have time to throw at out the window and I would like someone to call and talk to me about this problem Naomi Lewis
