GetHuman-20212: you can not chat with a rep unless you are buying a phone it took me to an automated thing that said trouble shooting well turn your phone on yeah right if I could do this then hey do you not think my phone would be working. it shuts itself off and will not turn back on. no the battery is not dead. when charging the phone gets hot really hot. they gave me a different battery once and said keep it charged well **** huney I do keep it charged I am older not stupid. your service ***** and I am thinking I shoudl go to another phone company and hey also for the screwed up phone I have ( regard) I never got my rebate check either what is up with you people guess it was not worth coming over to cricket. trust me with no phone to use now how do I call for help if I need it?
