Contacted a live cust serv rep at this tel no., gave rep all pertinent info from the kiosk receipt including the payment processing company tel no. Cricket didn't show the no. *-***-***-****. This company said payment was pending with cricket. That i needed to tell cricket to send ticket to research dept. and give confirmation no. ********. for tel no. ***-***-****, trans no. EAEB**** made on ******* at **:**:** for $*.** Acct name: Deibre Sloss. Acct Type: CDMA PAYGO. I bet nothing gets done here either. Cricket customer service is the worst ever.
