~Very very disappointed: They promise with a warranty exchange for your phone you will be without your phone * business days. So untrue! They received my phone ********* today is ********* and all you get when you call after waiting ** minutes is lies lies and more lies. This is very poor customer service. I am on vacation without a phone. I have not had usage of my phone more than half of the month of June. I have been with cricket for * yrs. at this point I just want my phone back. It's unbelievable. I had no idea cricket was such a shoddy business. Very very disappointed,
