~Joe G: My phone was off but texting worked. I got a text to send the word RENEW to ****. they would take care of bill. Recived a confermation that my service would be restored in **-**hrs. Two days later Service wasnt restored, and I lost texting! Talked to agent who couldnt help, clueless. talked to "supervisor" no help at all.Kept saying I had to pay to get service.He hung up as I was trying to find out if it was a lie or mistake.No resolution. Going to call the FCC ***-***-**** as I had to in the past! Also calling NY State Attorny General. Predatory, deceptive bussiness practices. TKS Joe *****@***.com
