~JC: Ordered second line..no phone after * week..port failed..they cancelled order...had to re-order..they cannot confirm CC payments or refunds at all. cannot even answer basic questions like "What is the status of my order" they charged me twice still no phone and no itemed list of chrges or refunds..cannot speak English,rude arrogant Philpines call center. called corporate office at ***-***-**** wait ** hours for call back..still no phone no call! lost a lot of time and money here. Also when you call ****-Cricket they tell you sorry we cannot assist you this "Cricket Legacy" and if you mention that when you are transferred they say, Sir our information is correct... this is an insane merry-go-round of confusion, dealing with drones that have absolutely zero technical, wireless or basic customer service or appreciation skills not to mention fraud! where is my money? where is my phone??? STILL INASWRED AFTER * WEEK!!!! CANT WE HAVE JUST ONE DECENT COMPANY THAT IS LOCATED IN USA WIT
