~by anonymous: Started having problems and I could not download some of my messages and couldn't get into some of my internet pages. Went to Store in San Benito, Texas. the girl who helped me pulled out the battery (which I told her I had already done)she pulled out another little card reader and blew at it ?? then wiped on her shirt. She tried the phone again and said there was something wrong with my internet connection, checked and said I had no insurance and would have to call an *** number and send them my phone and wait two days to receive another. I got home and my son looked at my phone, pressed the "data" button and bammm, my messages started to open. no problems since. I suggest you send your rep to training and have my son take her place. not very happy about that visit. Lorraine Delgado (***) ***-****
