~Pissedoff: The worst customer service ever. YES - you will save money but expect the worst customer service ever. Was on hold for *:** trying to resolve issue - call disconnected because it goes to India on a crappy phone line. Called back - on hold for ** minutes until call disconnected again. Now ** minutes into call **. BE AWARE - Cricket will not pay you your rebate UNLESS you call them and calling them is next to impossible. YES - I am saving a considerable amount of money every month over what I was paying but the aggravation isn't worth it.
