~miffed: Crosby Benefits System is all about their paying clients and not at all about the people they are servicing. **You ask them for a follow up on your benefits and they say that they will send you an email or phone you. **Neither happens.**I asked for confirmation that my COBRA benefits were activated. They said yes. But when I tried to pick up some prescriptions we were not covered.**Three weeks after they received payment our health insurance was still not covered.**Finally it is and we can get our prescriptions.**I then wanted to make sure that it would be covered in the future after signing up for ACH withdrawal. **All we got after over a hour of waiting was some person saying everything was fine. I asked for confirmation and she*he stated her*his first name was ...... and that was all I needed? **So I am suppose to say "Lynda" from Crosby Benefits System said everything was fine. Try saying that to some medical billing firm.**We need more than someone first name for confirmation
