~PK: I had a generic question -- whether the only port-of-call (which was a non-overnight stop) in India that my upcoming cruise on the Cunard's Queen Elizabeth was stopping at required a VISA. The representative kept on wanting my booking number (which I didn't have at the moment) before she would answer my question.

~PK: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PK: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Cunard Line's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PK: For that I would say one out of five.
