~kjackkc: I am requried to take anti-rejection medication following a liver transplant. To make a very long story short, they held my prescription re-order for a reason that made abosultely no sense and was transferred around the company multiple times, over a two week period, trying to get it staightened out. I spent hours on the phone and could not get a anyone to help me. As a result,, I ran out of medication completely and had to get my insureance comany involved to help me get the medication that I require. It was a complete nightmare and I will NEVER use this company again.

~kjackkc: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kjackkc: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kjackkc: For that I would say one out of five.
