~Mattatl: Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am forced to use this mail order pharmacy because of my health insurance, but the cost of my medication is not a bit cheaper with this company than with my local pharmacy. I have to suspect that my insurance company is getting a huge kickback from this pharmacy because I'm not sure that anyone would ever use them if they had the ability to choose another pharmacy. It takes over a week to get the medication and you are forced to deal with a phone computer system for just about everything you do, otherwise, you have to wait **-** minutes for a real person.

~Mattatl: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mattatl: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mattatl: For that I would say one out of five.
