~larry dolphin: My doctor faxed them twice. My doctor called them personally twice. I called them the next day. They said "We didn't receive the fax" I said "Yes you did" Went round and round for TWO WEEKS!! Horrible company. If my insurance gave me one other option, like a drug dealer on the corner, I would trust a drug dealer on the corner before this incompetent "company". The worst.

~larry dolphin: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~larry dolphin: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~larry dolphin: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CuraScript customers?
~larry dolphin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CuraScript to know who you are.
