~Anon: I have been trying for * weeks to straighten out a presecription that was filled incorrectly. Have talked to customer support supervisors, directors, executive directors, the pharmacy management. My doctor agrees that they filed the prescription wrong. Getting ready to call the CEO. Yesterday was put on hold for ** minutes before I hung up. Worst organization I've ever had to associate with....
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CuraScript. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CuraScript problem?
~Anon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anon: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say three out of five.
