GetHuman-229524: Dish Network is the worst company to deal with on billing!! I was charged for a DVR System still in the box. I was guaranteed that my account was all straight, prior to installation of the dish one week prior. Then i receive a bill for ***.** for a system still setting in a box!! What BS. No one could help me. They said we are giving you a $**.** credit once the system is set up, but that doesnt cover the Bill!! This is the worst company ever for customer service. I've been a customer for years and to be treated like **** with no relief is pretty sad. I use to build up this company, but now not even. They are the worst!!! Charging a person for not even having the system set up!! LOL!! What a joke. Anything for money. Thats how these big companies think now a days. ***** the little guy in any way possible. Funny thing is that I was taken by this Dish Network for over $*** & $** dollars without even having the DVR system even set up!! Who is the thief!! Humm!! Dish Netw
