~Sue H.: Been having issues with our DVR. On our *rd one in * years and the latest one we've had less than a month. While watching prerecorded shows and we pause them, the sound goes off. Then it freezes up and we can do nothing with the DVR. Their only soulution is to unplug it and let it reset, like that is going to fix. I hate calling them. About ready to switch back to DirectTV
