~ECC: I have had a complete loss of service, however it will take * days before I can get a service person to come to my house. I am elderly and this is my main form of entertainment. I spoke with a supervisor in Arizona and I live in Florida. She said there was nothing she could do about it, and started offering to take $* then $** off my bill however, I am not interested in getting a discount, I just want service! I am a loyal customer that pays my bill at least * week in advance each month. If you have no more respect for your customers or you are so big that I am not a big enough customer save my business, then at the end of my contract you can bet I will be seeking service from someone else.
