~Tara: I set up new service then had to cancel before installation. Dish owed me * separate refunds (why * separate I have no idea). So they refunded the first part in a timely fashion, but now I'm still owed **.** and they are telling me USDish owes me the money and every time is call a recorded messages tells me to call back during regular business hours. The first day I called at *:**pm eastern time.... Today I've started calling at *:**pm eastern time. Now Dish will not take responsibility!!! This is crazy!

~Tara: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tara: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tara: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~Tara: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
