GetHuman-383807: first i was assisted by alex in customer support, he was extremely kind and helpful!! he than passed me on to susan (operator i.d.*t**) to further assist me and she did,only to say above and beyond! i have been a loyal customer since **** and the increase has been very hard for me, i have not added to my pkg since day one, i paid ***.** for installationfor hat was called than americas chice *** at **.** for which no with no additions cost me now **.** which susan manage to decrease for me, whom she continues to have me as a customer where loyalty can not be affordable, i can not understand why after so many years i could not be grandfathered in with all competion surronding is ridiculos! hopefuly dish network will come up with something to keep are long term customers other than push us out thanks again to susan and alex who went above and beyond!! sincerely josephine
